At Bath Planet® of Reno, our process starts with communication. We want to hear from you about your bathroom remodeling goals. You can start here on our homepage or at one of our homeshows, events or showrooms. After an initial conversation, we hope you’ll take advantage of our free in home consultation. At this meeting, we’ll complete a free inspection of your bathroom, and assess the types of remodel that can be completed there. We’ll carefully explain our product and process and work with you to make selections for your bathroom that you’ll enjoy, and that fit with the space available.
When your design is complete, and you place an order for your Bath Planet® of Reno remodel, we take 18 critical measurements and several photographs of your bathroom. Then, our operations team reviews the work to be completed, and places orders for your product with our vendors. The products are produced and shipped to us. Upon arrival we carefully inspect each part, and then set a date for your remodel.
On the day of install, we’ll arrive with all parts required for your job. Our install technician will review every step of the remodel with you. Before any work starts, we’ll take careful precautions to keep your home clean and safe during the work. The steps of install are proprietary, so we do not publish them here, but our professionally trained and certified installers do whatever is necessary to ensure a technically correct and beautiful installation. When the work is complete, we’ll have a final walk through to make sure your remodel is everything you expect it to be. The worksite will be completely cleaned and we will leave a referral card with you in case you love your new bathroom so much you want to refer us to your friends.
