After some initial communication issues everything worked out fine. The content of our conversations was honored, we received everything we agreed upon with our sales person, and it is all up to or beyond our expectations. I was very happy with everyone who was in my home. The level of craftsmanship and professionalism of the gentlemen who did the installations was outstanding. The people are awesome, the materials are awesome, and we are very happy that we chose Bath Planet. We LOVE our new bathrooms!!!!
