The day of the install I was given a 2 hour window for them to show up since they we coming from Denver to Colorado Springs during morning rush hour. They arrived in a timely manner and immediately went to work. The installer immediately went to work on the destruction and his coworker ensured that they had the entire path from the bathroom to my front door covered as snot to make a mess or damage my flooring. The removal was done in a timely manner and then the upgrade took place. The installer made to that all aspects of the install went as planned and kept me in the loop on any issues or concerns they had. Both workers were very professional and got the install done from removal to completion in 6 hours. Everything was explained to me on how to take care of the finished and if we had any questions or concerns to not hesitate and call. They stand by their work and will gladly recommend these folks to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone.
