Bath Planet of Oklahoma

We had already planned to have our bathroom remodeled from another company when we noticed a Bath Planet sign in front of a neighbors' house. After seeing the work that had been done on their bathroom, we decided to give Bath Planet a call. Garrett was the rep who came out to talk to us about all the details of the job if we chose to use them. We are older and Barb has a bad knee, so we were concerned about not having the use of the toilet with such major work to be done. Garrett told us that we might, at most, have to be without a toilet for only one day of a few days that the job would take to complete. The other company had suggested that we rent a porta potty to set up in the back yard while they did the work. We weren't too keen on that idea. We just didn't like the idea of going outside to use a porta potty in the middle of a cold winter night. But, we thought it was something we had to do if we wanted a total remodel. Bath Planet assigned Dan and his son Ty to us to do the job. And what a great job they did. Dan made sure that we had the use of the toilet every night all throughout the job! You don't know much that meant to us, particularly Barb with her bad knee. I knew how terrible our bathroom had become over the years, but Dan and Ty were unfazed as they made significant progress every day. It was amazing to watch the transformation after each day. Once they were finished, we could not believe that it was the same bathroom! It went from the most embarrassing, worst room in the house, to the best! Now Barb is so proud of our new bathroom! And you all know how that goes. If mama's happy, EVERYONE'S happy! And indeed, we could not be happier with the results. We have gladly told and recommended Bath Planet to family, friends, coworkers and neighbors. Seems like good customer service is hard to find these days. But not so with Bath Planet. Everyone from Dan, Ty, Garrett and the whole Bath Planet family were great! I guess when I saw that sign in the neighbors' yard, it was meant to be for us to find Bath Planet. We are so glad that we did. Thank you so much Bath Planet for an excellent job well done!
