New Shower
Outstanding! From our initial visit with Lucca who I must say was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and seriously funny he was able to ease my husband’s and mine mind in regards to what we wanted. He absolutely made sure our safety was a priority since we both have health issues. He also was able to get us in our budget where we felt comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to redo their bath/shower. A day later I get a call as a welcome to the Bath Planet family that was great very kind. Same day I get a call from their scheduling dept to schedule the install. Was able to schedule the next day NO Waiting. I was like Whoa! How awesome! Installers came his name is Boris, I apologize I can’t remember the other installers name. The next day on a Saturday and worked very efficiently and barely a mess they cleaned up everything and they did a Beautiful job on my new walk in shower. I could not be happier. This was such a great experience. Thank you so much Bath Planet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My new walk in shower!
I am amazed at the Hernandez family that did the installation. Mrs Hernandez was very warm and friendly Mr. Hernandez got right to work with his son. They never stopped working! They worked and cleaned up after and I didn't have to do anything. Financing was better than the three quotes we had gotten. They called before they came out with an ETA and arrived at the time they specified. That was very refreshing. Thank you Bathplanet. Great job.
Remodel bathroom
First I want to thank Travis for all of his kindness to me .if I had to call for service he would come right away and repair what needed very professional every company should have a Travis.
Amazing transformation
Martin and Benjamin went above and beyond to make sure everything with my remodel was perfect. Took out an old garden tub and replaced it with a free standing tub, updated the shower and installed new vanities. Everything was accomplished with such attention to detail. Couldn’t ask for anything more. It was perfect.
Consultation
Andrew was very informative about the whole process of having a bath tub put in. He put everything into prespective. Hoping to go see a finished bath tub for ourselves. The products and materials are of high quality, which is what we are looking for.

Repeat Business
Had our master bath shower redone in April 2022 on recommendation from my brother who was happy with his bath to shower project. Was a fantastic experience all the way from quote process to installation. Well here I am with main bath tub/shower needs and my first call is to Bath Planet. Quote with Mike and also James & Chris. I have my vision ready to install in just 2 weeks. Cannot wait. They are local, professional and listen to your needs.

Have not had the install yet, but the salesman Robert has worked with us very well, and the job is scheduled for 10 days from now, and I'm looking forward to it
