The installers were so courteous and friendly. They cleaned up the work site after every phase. Work was completed in a timely manner. The salesman was not pushy. The management and crew worked with our schedule and unique circumstances. Make sure you get any changes you make to the original contract in writing! We decided to change from bronze fixtures to brushed nickel. We called in one day after we had signed the original paperwork but the materials order was never changed per our request. This caused a giant hiccup but was finally resolved to our satisfaction but not without threatening to put a halt to the job. I am glad the company agreed to come through with the changed fixtures! Our bathroom looks beautiful!
