Great Job by Bob

Bob came over to repair a leaky shower head. He was efficient, knowledge and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. We have two showers by Bath Planet and after Bob finished re-caulking and fixing the leaky showers, he went downstairs and made sure the other shower was in working order. As I said earlier he went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied.
