This was a great customer experience from start to finish. The owner of the company, Anthony Tepedino, came to my parents' house to survey their bathroom and answer all of our questions. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. The product, an elder accessible shower, was installed in one day by two very hard working men. They arrived at the house at 7:30 and and left at 6pm. They took only 15 minutes for lunch. They did the demolition work very neatly. The plumbing and shower install was perfect. These guys are meticulous and had great attention to detail. My parents and I are very happy with the product. We have all used it and it performs as advertised. Generally, I don't write reviews, but if you care about an elder relative like I do, then it's incumbent upon me to let others know that we had an amazing customer experience.
