I have to say I was surprised by the quote initially, however when we met Zach, he took the much needed time to share options. He was extremely knowledgeable. You could tell he loves what he does, as he is very helpful. We asked him how long he worked for Bath Plant, he shared how long. You could tell he was experienced, sharing he was confident we would love our choice. He shared the staff is very good with all aspects of installation, as well as clean and thorough. Jacob called ahead to prepare of for our installation. He came in with a mask, showed up on time each day. Went over checklist of what to expect. Cleaned up after himself, came back the second day ready to go. He had my husband and I check his progress to ensure we were appear if issues occurred. When measuring our wall if was not level, he had to adjust it to make sure he would be able to provide us the best outcome. He did so, and more. Very focused on quality of his work, ensuring we knew what to expect. Very professional in all facets. Went over all the warranties, cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, general maintenance. Also how to register new doors, to ensure we would be able to protect our purchases. Jacob took all the old tub and shower, as well as the sliding doors to discard them this was an added bonus.
