We needed to replace our bathtub with a walk-in shower. After seeing ads for Bath Planet, I contacted them and they were very quick to set up an appointment and go over various options. The salesperson, was very helpful in explaining the materials used and the overall installation process. I was also impressed that the owner of Bath Planet, Ken, called me to personally follow-up, and kept me informed of the schedule. It took about a month and a half to get on the schedule which seemed reasonable. Bob, the installer was very professional, friendly and efficient. He kept me apprised of the work that was being done, and asked me questions about preferences in placement of the grab bars and seat height for the shower. He finished the entire shower remodel in less than a day and a half. My wife and I are very happy with the new look and finish of this beautiful shower. We would highly recommend Bath Planet to others considering doing a bathroom remodel.
