He clearly described every aspect of what to expect in the process and what the costs would be. There was nothing hidden. Alec the installer was a perfectionist. There was respect for our home and there was no dirt, debris or garbage left. We considered the alternative well known company but their reviews of the local company were very poor and we were glad to find Bath Planet.
