I recently had a new bath tub and shower installed by Bath Planet. Everyone at the Horseheads based Bath Planet were wonderful. My salesman, Brian, was very informative without being too pushy. He offered some suggestions for the specific finishings of the shower, and I am absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out. Ryan and Joe were the contractors who installed the unit, and they did such an amazing job! They came exactly when they said they would, and they worked quickly and efficiently, but also made sure that everything was perfect! They even cleaned up the mess, and the whole process only took 2 days! Then, another tech, MIke, came out the next week to make sure everything was working properly. Would definitely recommend this team for any bath remodeling project!
