Bath Planet of Southern Tier

My wife and I are in our seventies. We were looking to update our bathrooms. We knew this would be our last update and we wanted to do it right. We contacted Bath Planet and could not be happier that we made that decision. Every step along the way was a positive experience. We visited the showroom, met with Amanda, and got some ideas. We then had a home visit with Brian, who was very polite, knowledgeable, and was able to listen to our ideas and put together a plan and pricing that we were very excited to put in place to make our bathroom renovations a reality. Whenever you do a project like this there is always the concern that the workers will fulfill your expectations. We could not have been more pleased. We had different crews for each bathroom. Denny and Mike, did our first bathroom and we knew immediately we were in good hands. They were polite, respectful and attentive to every detail. Kevin and his partner did our second bath and again, the same consistent quality was received. Finally, Joe and Ryan came when we thought we had a leak coming from the new bathroom. It turned out to not be from the bath. However, they stayed and helped us locate the source and proceeded to repair it for us. I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone who is considering a remodel. You can be sure Jim Bacon and his staff will provide you with a quality project at a reasonable cost.
