My husband and I have been wanting a bigger shower. After looking online at reviews we set an appointment with Bath Planet. David Pool arrived on time although we had to delay the start time for the appointment due to our kids. Nevertheless David was very friendly and understood that that we only had a short amount f time before we had to leave. He showed us photos of completed showers from Bath Planet and was kind enough to reschedule when we would have more time to actually discuss what we want. Very impressed so far and look forward to our next visit
