My wife and I met with Chris yesterday to hear about Bath Planet's tub to shower conversion process and costs. We had previously interviewed other companies as we explored both what was offered and compared costs. Chris' explanation though included additional features not included in the other presentations and presented the cost options not offered by the other companies. Although we initially were going to wait until we had interacted with a few more companies, we decided that -- based on Chris' presentation and the cost option offered -- we would contract with Bath Planet to do the work for us. Chris was professional while still being personable and courteous.
