Bath Planet of San Antonio

Bath Planet installer completed our shower and we love it. We didn’t get to use it right away due to other other work that we decided to have done. Long story short. We called Bath Planet last week due to not being able to adjust the handle of the shower in order to get hot water. We would have to leave the water running for at least two minutes before the water started to get warm. The handle that is used to adjust the water to the warmth that you want would not allow us to push it in the direction that we needed the hot water. The handle just stayed straight in the middle And the water remain cold until after the two minute mark. I called Bath Planet a few days ago and I got a quick response. Today I received a call from Billy that he’s available to come and fix the problem. He arrived he and tested the handle and he knew exactly what to do and it was done. The water comes out warm faster than it was doing before. We are very happy. I also addressed one other issue with the shower stall. I find that it is still too slick for me and I’m afraid of falling. Although it did come with some sort of texture on it it’s not enough to prevent me from sliding around when I’m showering. He said he would be more than happy to come out as soon as he could, appointments permitting, and he could put another coat of some sort of texture on it and that should help. Bath Planet is very lucky to have Billy as an employee. He’s extremely friendly explains everything well and asks us if we have any other questions or any other issues wants to make sure we’re satisfied.
