My wife and I had an appointment set up for a consult and estimate for two showers. Hector and Davina arrived at our home exactly on time. I work at home and as it turned out, I could not get away from a very important call. Hector and Davina wanted to make sure both my wife and I knew the whole process of what the job entails and different products. They insisted that we both be there to get the full picture of what to expect. Hector and Davina asked to reschedule at our earliest convenience, which we did. We appreciate that they cared enough to make sure we know everything there is to know about having showers replaced. I am sorry that I could not get away from the phone and that they drove all the way from San Antonio. We were treated very well and that is straight up “Golden Rule” behavior that every business should strive for.
