I met with John Cooley today to discuss a walk in shower. John was on time, very thorough, showed me step by step how they would complete my job! Sometimes salesmen can be overwhelming but that was not my ex experience with John. He genuinely wants to help from the choices, to the financing. I appreciate his being so patient and genuine with me. Not only do I feel like I selected the right company in Bath Planet, but also feel like I made a professional friend in John Cooley. He will see me through this project! Outstanding experience over all!!! 5 stars!
