Chad arrived well coifed and was very hygienic during this time of plague. He was extremely professional and to the point on what he was seeing. Explained everything thoroughly. He even tolerated my wife's insistence on avoiding the color brown and then picking out brown everything. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with and makes the extra effort to make things work.
