David was great! He was very patient with us and explained what was going on in our bathroom very thoroughly. He even let me use the moisturizer meter so I could see for myself the moisture in our walls because I was curious. He did a great job explaining how the new products will address our current bathroom issues. And he did everything he could to work with us on the price. He was very personable and I really enjoy working with him!
