Eli Ortiz came to our residence, and was the most helpful and professional no pressure sales person I have ever had in my home. Based on his professionalism, I believe I can make my decision on who to hire for redoing two full baths in my home. The materials shown were very nice, and the installation process was explained and concerns all addressed. If his mannerism and professionalism is any indication or reflection of the company, Then Bath Planet has me as a future customer!
