Bath Planet of Quad Cities

We met with Sam who was so very patient, answering all our questions and he worked to find the discount that I had originally signed up with. He had some lovely ideas. The week before installation, my husband decided that he wanted our son (a plumber) to install different fixtures. Bath Planet only has one style and that was the only real disappointing thing. But, they worked with our son and planned so that he could come and install the diverter valve before they put up the walls. Patrick and Max did an excellent job. They cut the opening for the fixtures perfectly for our son. They kept the door closed to the bathroom when it was very noisy or dusty and they cleaned up each of the two days. They were kind enough to eat lunch with us and share a bit about their lives. They were always friendly and respectful. I would heartily recommend this company. Call me because I'll get a rebate referral for sending you to them. LOL We absolutely love this walk in shower, it is slippery in the bottom and we use a rubber mat each time, hanging it up on the grab bar after each use. They are excellent in customer service, they did not charge us for their fixtures or that part of the labor since our son worked on that. Great company.
