All is all I would give the process a 4 1/2 The sales person was very professional and very nice to get us started. Definitely a 5 star. The date setup and times was done professionally and quickly for our need to get this project done: 5 star. Time frame getting it done: 5 stars Design options:5 stars Grab bar options: 4 stars need more design options. A couple things did not make me very happy in the completion process and feel it needs to be address as part of the training/couching process. And very important because once done can not be changed. The 4 grab bars needed were installed before the corner shelves were attached. Although I was asked generally how to position ( vertical or horizontal) them, the exact placement location was not discussed. I walked into the bathroom with the 3rd grab bar being installed and I asked him, seeing it “ will my corner shelf fit?” The gentleman looked at his coworker and the coworker said “ it doesn’t really matter where we place the shelf. I do really think it matters. The shelves position then had to be below the grab bar. The installer need to be coached to install corner shelves 1st and then the grab bars asking the customer where to locate each. Those are important decisions for a handicap person usage. My husband said it works fine. But my thought is, at least for right now, as his handicap will in time progress worse. Also I believe the vibration of the saw cutting shook the wall losing and then breaking a couple of my small light globes of the over the vanity lighting. That is what I am assuming as the last one of the three was taped by the construction workers so it wouldn’t fall out. Those kind of things need to be removed or for us to be advised to remove, not just our personal stuff. All in all though we are still pleased, but please address these couple issues with your contractor. Thank you.
