Phenomenal Service

Mark came to our house on Monday to install a walk in Shower. Mark is very professional and a wonderful worker. The whole experience was wonderful and seamless, Mark got everything ready and plumber came and Electrician came and job was finished on Wednesday afternoon. Mark did not rush and took his time and did it right, very impressed with his work ethic.

From Nate in sales(addressing all our questions & concerns) to Mark the installer( knowledgeable & professional)& all others in between, absolutely a professional quality stress free project. Going the extra mile to get project done seamlessly. Constant updating of communications regarding status of order & install was appreciated. Fantastic company!

I could not be happier with  the installation of our shower.They removed old tub and shower and replaced with step in shower. From start to finish we had great customer service from all involved. We were kept informed on the status of materials all the way up  to the install date. First we had the pleasure of meeting with Nate our sales rep. who after friendly conversation  kept  our concerns and needs in mind while helping us with every little detail. He helped  us choose the color  and suggested a hand rail for safty reasons. Mark was the installer on this project He was  awesome! He was courteous and friendly. He was very respectful of Us and our home while at the same time  dealing with inclement weather. (Snow storm and 30 below ). The result is amazing,  Love the color. Awesome people, workmanship and product

We called Bath Planet in Duluth, MN for an estimate to replace our tub/shower with a step-in shower. The salesman, Montana, explained what they could do and the products we could choose from along with the cost. He was very friendly and knew his stuff. We liked the products and price so booked. Mark came to install our new shower, he explained what he was going to do. While removing the old tub he ran into a few unknown wires and pipes behind the old tub. Mark figured out how to work around the problem talked with us and how he was going to do. After Mark finished it was awesome to what we had . We really like the workmanship, product and have told many people about Bath Planet. We give All the people we have come in contact to 2 thumbs up and Mark we give 4 thumbs up.
