Bath Planet of South Bend

My initial interaction with Chris the rep from Bath Planet out of South Bend Indiana was awesome. Chris went above and beyond spending time patiently with my parents and myself to come to a good valued transaction for them to do their shower conversion and he was very caring insisting that his purpose was to make sure that my parents got what was safe for them what was needed and what was a good value he was so patient that he did something I've never seen a self trip for any company due and that was Chris returned the same evening and spent all the way up to about midnight with us going over the information would be professionally handled. I've been in the customer connection business for the corporation I work with and I've never seen anybody go this much of an extra mile. Chris represents a awesome experience and bad Planet should be honored to have a rep that represents them and such a manner. And so far the interaction with the other associates at bath planet has also been great the installer called already and have my install date scheduled for September 25th which actually appears to be ahead of the schedule that I initially was towed so this is great that it looks like they're even going to start earlier than promise I will give another review update after the installation is set and let everyone know how it goes but so far awesome initial experience.
