First we had just moved from another state and did not know anyone to contact for repairs and changes we needed made to the home we moved into. My mother lives with us and the tub in her bathroom had to go. We needed a walk-in shower due to her age and lack of mobility. So we contacted HomeAdvisor who led us to Bath Planet. I would like to say that from the time our sales rep Mark walked in and showed us the choices we had to the installaters who were very nice and worked tirelessly from 9 am to 5:30 when they completed the job this is by far the best experience we have had since moving to Texas. I would and have recommended this company to others.
