*Bath Planet of Austin

I wanted to convert a shower / tub to a straight shower. I have been looking to make the change for over 3 years. Over the years I have taken 4 plus bids. Finally I contacted Bath Planet and meet with their Sales Rep David Henry. David was very helpful, very knowledgeable. We discussed the project, took measurements, photos. David walked me thru the process, the materials and he provided the foresight on items I should consider for safety and comfort as I get older. David even talked me out of some add-ons that I thought I needed. I decided to go with BathPlanet, not because of the bid amount (it was not the lowest) I went with BathPlanet because of their Sales Rep... David. Once David and I came to agreement he provided me a timeline of both the steps that would take place and the Department heads names and contact info where assigned to my project. Each one of them contacted me at each step of the process as well as post instillation. As far as the instillation... flawless and the instillation lead brought back to view each step in the process from inspecting each element to make sure it was what I order and in flawless condition to tear out, to positioning of shower heads and shelfs and final inspection.
