*Bath Planet of Austin

I have a very unique designed master shower that was showing its age (18 years) that needed to be remodeled, so I called Bath Planet. I told the salesman that I was tired of repairing the grout holes and wanted a better product that did not require high maintenance and looked great! The salesman showed me the samples available and did a thorough job explaining the product. I was impressed and decided on the style and the salesman proceeded taking the measurements. When he was done, he expressed concerned with the layout and was straight forward with me on whether or not the project could be done. He said he would turn in the layout with the measurements to the office for review and that I would hear back from them in a few days. I got a call back a few days later saying that due to the original design of the shower, they would not be able to do it, but would check with their manufacture to see what could be done. Few days later, got the call that with a minor change, the work could be done! The Project Manager came out and explained the change, to which I was pleased with, so I said let's go with it. The project was completed within the time frame stated; the installation crew was wonderful and very professional with their work and always kept me informed on the progress. The Project Manager kept checking with me during the project and now once complete, is still checking with me if I noticed anything that I feel needs to be addressed! I am very please with the work done, it looks beautiful and in my opinion, well worth the cost!
