the start of the process, meeting the company representative, to the salesman/consultant to the installer and the people behind the scenes on the phone, everyone was very polite and professional at all times. It was a pleasure to work with this company and look forward to doing so again in the future when we are ready to remodle out other bathroom. The install went very smoothly and looks FANTASTIC!
