Bath Planet of Boston

Bath Planet recently converted our old Bath Fitters’ tub into a walk-in shower. We are very pleased. It’s a like a spa. Bath Planet has more design choices than other vendors. Jake, our salesman, did a nice presentation and offered design choices. Due to customized parts we had to wait 11 weeks. It was well worth the wait. Renee kept us informed about the progress of the installation. We can’t say enough about Josh, the project manger, and the installers, Guil and Reto. Guil and Reto worked very hard to dismantle the existing tub enclosure as well as the old cast iron tub. They were very efficient about taking away all old parts, and cleaning up the work site. The old tub enclosure was taken down to studs. I am glad that did that so we could be assured that there wasn’t any mold behind the walls. The final product is wonderful. All our family and friends are requesting tours :). We chose the Fairfield tile - white with black grout. They installed grab bars, chrome corner shelving ( very chic), a shower head and a hand held attachment. Due to the age of our home, while taking apart the old tub, a crack developed in the outside wall. Josh came back twice to repair the wall, as well as make adjustments on the shower doors. Other vendors do not have the doors(Cayman) that were installed. We highly recommend Bath Planet! Thank you Josh, Guil and Reto!!!!!
