Everything from start to finish was perfect. The representative who came to our house was very friendly and knowledgeable . He was patient with us and answered every question we had. The installers were prompt and knew exactly what to do. I didn't have to clean up anything after they left. We had checked with another company but are really glad we went with Bath Planet. We would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do handicap accessible shower. It is so nice to take a shower and feel safe while doing it.
