Bath Planet of Connecticut

The experience was wonderful from the introduction and ordering to the installation. All were courteous and respectful and the end product is safe, easy to use and lovely. Both James Ns John who did the installation were careful of my home, laying down sheets to keep and tracks off my rug. Their cleanup was done well. When I had to call the owner he was gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend their product and their staff. Their salesperson Chris was knowledgeable and helpful. I was informed along the way if dated etc. I picked Bath Planet because they are a local company and I try to always support local businesses
