In spite of having a very difficult problem a faulty part, our experience was very positive. A faulty part caused some flooding in the bathroom and adjoining bedroom. Bath Planet immediately called in professionals to dry out the areas involved and repair that which needed it. The inconvenience was kept to a minimum and the end result was a very nice shower.
