When Bob came to give me a quote I felt NO pressure at all to have to buy form him. He described in detail the work that would be done and quoted prices accordingly to my wants. I was told the work would be gin on the 21st and and 8am Bob and his crew were at my door. They took the time to lay down protective plastic on my carpet and wore booties over their shoes to ensure not to track dirt in my house.
