We had our initial consultation with Jeff just after the fall Home Show and were very pleased with the way he recommended items that were cost effective rather that have us choose expensive materials that didn't give us bang for our buck. He was excellent in guiding us through the process and explaining every detail as well as answering any of our concerns. We settled on a price for our 2 main baths to be replaced and said it would be about 5 days for the demo and replacement. We had a few email exchanges with Melissa while we waited for the job to start and ended up changing some glass doors on one of the bathrooms to just the curved rod. We further asked that the moulding be replaced as well as a last minute thing. At no time was this an issue when dealing with them. The work started on the Monday but we were scheduled to leave for Saskatchewan over the Christmas holidays on the Friday. My adult son was going to be in town for the final day of work. Cory was our contractor who did the demo and installs and we could not be anymore happier with the job. We returned from our vacation to 2 beautifully completed bathrooms. The work did not in anyway interfere with our daily routine and Cory was great. He consulted with us on a few fine details during the job. I highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to update their bathroom. The staff and workmanship was top notch. No unexpected costs....just plain good local business!
