Bath Planet of Ottawa

We are so pleased with the work we had done by the Bath Planet team. Melissa was our first point of contact and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process. Jeff came to our home to give a project estimate and we felt very confident with his assessment of the project and his willingness to accomodate our desire to do some of the work ourselves. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for the project and helped us select the right tub and surround for our space. We are so pleased with the work of the installer, Cory. We were impressed with how quickly and efficiently he accomplished the job with little to no mess at all in the rest of the house and no disruption to our lives for those 2 days. We had all 6 kids home both days and we didn't worry at all about them getting hurt or in the way because Cory worked with the bathroom door closed. We very much appreciated his efforts to keep the mess contained and the kids safe. He also gave us some tips for the parts of the project that we were taking on which we really appreciated. We are also so happy about the tub and surround! It is beautiful and will be so easy to clean which is a huge help given that it is our kids' bathroom and will get lots of use over the next 20 years! We will recommend the Bath Planet team to anyone we know looking to update their bathrooms! Excellent service, high quality of work and good quality product!
