Experience with installer was ok. I had to ask him to caulk some areas even tho we discussed why he wasn't. Love the bath and all the grab bars. Need to update your cleaning guide. I didn't see anything for treating the added mats. His first time installing and could not tell me. No one returned my office call either. I do like it, just sharing info for future thought.
