We came into this experience a little weary of "free estimates". Typically they come to sell you on all the bells and whistles right off the bat. Not our rep. It wasn't just a sale. He spent time educating us on the quality of the product and guided us through our options. He never felt like a "salesman". More like an options guide. He let the quality of the product speak for itself without stearing us into the pricier levels. Long story short, we are sold on the product because we didn't feel sold to.
