We saw Ken Miller's Bath Planet's display at the Eugene Home Show and scheduled a visit for an estimate on removing a fiberglass shower and tub surround converting it into a shower only. The salesman was very pleasant and was not doing a "hard sell". He just showed us the product, gave us the estimate and let us decide. We are so pleased with the product and with this company. The only down side was a 2 month wait for the installation but it was worth the wait. It is beautiful and very well made. The installation crew were fantastic and very professional. It was less than 1/2 a day to remove the existing tub and install the new shower. You can't find a better company to deal with. Very responsive and met above our expectation.
