Workmen arrived on time. Were very careful in removing old shower and disposing all material. covered the floor with tarps and were very neat. Workmen were polite and answered questions. The new shower was installed in approximately 6 hours on the same day. It exceeded our expectations , we are very please with the end product. There was one post installations problem that was quickly resolved. The new glass shower doors were delivered ahead of schedule. While this a fairly expensive operations but the end product was well worth it. The shower door people applied a material to glass that was suppose to preserve the quality of the glass for $175.00 which was suppose to include a cleaning kit which we never received so that was disappointing. The end product was a significant upgrade from what we had and should add value to the home. Ken Miller's crew including the representative we met at the Deschutes County Fair and the sales person are a class act. I would l highly recommend them for your shower remodel. John Burgess
