Fantastic job

Cave provided a clear, concise, and detailed description of what was available and what to expect. He did a fantastic job of putting the number together in a way that was fair and affordable. He missed our first appoint due to another customer but made good on the available offers from that day. The grew that arrived to do the work was very professional. No swearing or politically charged podcasts for us or the neighbors to listen to. They just worked through minor issues and got almost all of the installation done in one evening. Jay did have to return the next day to finish the trim and caulking, between the 2 inch concrete walls and loss of daylight we all agreed it would be better. Jay's quality of work was top notch. He didn't just measure and cut, he made custom templates. The room for the shower, after all of these years, was not very square but his process kept the install very tight. When it came time to seal the edges he didn't have to fill any gaps with caulking. This made the installation very clean with minimal caulking exposed. Overall, a great job. Now I get to finish the rest without worrying about the shower.
