We met with Julie to replace a 25+ cast iron tub and ceramic tile surround. She was very helpful and even my wife who doesn't like dealing with contractors was not put off by her. She made some recommendations that we hadn't considered. One example was if we went with the wider bench vs a corner bench we may not want sliding glass doors. This is because in case of an emergency the EMT's may have a difficult time getting to a person in the shower. We decided to keep the bench and go with a curtain instead of the doors. The whole job took 2 days. It is usually a day and a half but the installer noticed he had cut one of the panels incorrectly. He asked if we wanted it they way he had it done or he would redo it. We decided to redo it and he went to Illinois to get a new panel first thing the next morning and was at our house at 8:00 am. They use the similar products to other remodelers but they beat them quite significantly on price, between 33% - 50% of two local remodelers. I will be using the to update the family bathroom with a new tub and surround and I may also be using them for some kitchen countertops. Only down thing is their showroom has been under construction last few months so for those who want to see products in a setting that can be a problem. They are busy doing their customers jobs. My neighbor also used them and they are happy as well.
