Our salesman was very easy to work with, explained everything well. Although we was told we would have a 2 man crew and it would be done in a day. We only had 1 guy and it took 2 days but he did an amazing job. Only thing I was disappointed in was we ordered a shower rod that was supposed to be installed so it won't fall like the one we had. We didn't get the shower rod, so Wyatt the installer for our walk-in shower had to put our old shower rod back up. He did an amazing job with everything he had to do to get our shower installed properly. Had nothing to do with the shower just our house they way it was built. It has been a life saver since I've have knees and hip replacements surgeries.
