Bath Planet of Connecticut

We had a complete bathroom remodeling done, Replace the existing tub with a deep soaking tub. The tub is 19” deep (on the outside, and still give you good 14-15” water inside). Put down new LifeProof floor, new toilet, new vanity and medicine cabinet. The job was done in 2 days + a couple hours. I put in an online request on a Friday, and I was contacted next Monday. Comparing to another company I contacted, they didn’t get back to me for a month! Derick was the salesman. He was a very nice young man. He was also very responsive to all the questions I had or changes I wanted to make. I felt very supported. Maguel and TIdo are the installers. They are very professional, knowledgeable and skillful. They are also very pleasant and easy to work with. They worked so hard and they do not cut corner. The job was scheduled for 2 days, But at the end, there were a few odds and ends that we needed to get supply. They come back on the 3rd day to finish up the job. They also helped us get the right supplies. I so appreciate them! The end result is beautiful! Also I am very happy that I only go without a bathroom for 2 days. Every other contractor told me a week. Highly recommended!
