The gentlemen that came in said that it looked like an easy demolition. They gutted it in just a few hours and found no old damage. Then they put in tub and plumbing that same day. The next day they returned to put in walls and they finished it up. I love it. The drain is where it should be. It doesn't look old and it makes me anxious to do the rest of the bathroom.
