Bath Planet of Eastern Washington

From start to finish we experienced outstanding customer service! Our salesperson provided detailed information about all of our options. He was very professional and easy to work with. The installation was a dream! Malachi (our installer) was punctual and went over all the details of the job before getting started. As his work progressed he kept us updated and checked with us on where we wanted our accessories (shelves, benches, showerhead) placed i.e. height and distance from each other etc. The job was scheduled to take two installers two days. He ended up being the only installer and he still completed the job in two days. His work was exceptional, meticulous and thorough. He cleaned up inside and out leaving no evidence that he was even there. I cannot say enough about Bath Planet. If you have a bathroom that needs to be remodeled run don't walk straight to Bath Planet!
