Bath Planet of Oklahoma

When I first spoke with Garrett I told him that my mother was wheelchair-bound and needed the work done as soon as possible so that she could have easier access to the bathroom and shower. He was able to expedite the process and arrange to have the work begun in 6 weeks instead of 3 months as originally quoted. I suppose that the luck that my mother and I would experience with Bath Planet was only beginning. Because we were able to have the work begin earlier than expected, we happened to get Dan as the installer. He and his son were courteous beyond expectations. They worked quickly and quietly when they were removing the existing door and shower stall. They communicated with us throughout the installation period so that we knew what and when to expect completion. Further, due to an ice storm that caused a delay in needed parts, they followed up with us throughout the wait letting us know when the work would be completed. I can only give my highest complements for this company and their employees for the excellent work, courteous conduct, and extra efforts made to complete this work to our complete satisfaction.
