Bath planet removed our old bathtub and installed a beautiful flour to ceiling shower in its place. Samuel long and Matt Conrad did a great job. They were on time, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I was so surprised. I was told it would take 4 days. We did not get the tech we were told because he had a family issue. We Had John Braham and his helper. What a team They started about 8:20 am and finished close to 8: pm. 1 day and the job was complete. The job they did is excellent. They did every thing we asked. Thank you BathPlanet.

A few years ago I hired Bath Planet to redo my shower. They told me at install if I had any issues to call them and they would take care of it. The first time I had an issue they came right out and fixed it. A few weeks ago I had another issue and called the number on my contract and it was out of service. I called another Bath Planet location and they asked me for a copy of my contact. I sent it over and a day or two later they told me sorry we can’t help you! Beware....

Installers were great. Worked from the time they got here to when they leave. They explained how to take care of the shower and flooring. The same crew came back to do a second job and again worked hard and explained everything. They cleaned up after every day. Showers and tubs are great.

The crew showed up on time and had the job completed in about 6 hours. The installers were very polite and worked well as a team. put down runners before starting and cleaned everything up on their way out. They just finished so we haven't yet used the shower but are hopeful that the quality of materials is equal to the quality of the installers. With a lifetime warranty we expect no problems.
