5 Stars on our tub to shower conversion. Bob gave us a very professional presentation geared to our needs for a disable access flat floor shower conversion. Installers, Josh and Dan were excellent in performing their craft. Plumber, Mike made certain our water shutoff was less than two hours, which was essential to us. The entire job was completed as promised. Clean-up was ongoing during the project and after wards they made certain our house and garage were free of construction residue. Thank you for delivering everything discussed and promised. Will recommend Bath Planet to our neighbors and other residents of our Senior Community

Bath Planet did a fantastic job on my tub to shower conversion. Top notch from start to finish. Installers were great. Only "complaint", if you want to call it that, is that they could have cleaned up the driveway where they did their cutting a little better. They cleaned up most. All I had to do was pick up a few remnants and blow it off.
Game changer for my elderly in-laws
We recently contracted Bath Planet to convert my in/laws’ tub to a walk-in shower. My mother in law is ill, and sometimes has trouble getting in and out of the tub. Now that it is in and done, I have to thank the folks at Bath Planet for making this a pain and pressure free experience from start to finish. The gentleman who came to measure and quote was polite, kind, knowledgeable and low pressure. I was so impressed by him that we signed that day, cancelling our appointment for a 3rd quote. The install took place exactly when they estimated, and the Crew was fantastic. They did the demo and install in less than 2 days, and if not for the changes, no one would know anyone had been at the house. Now that they’ve used the beautiful, water-tight shower for a few months, they decided they needed a grab bar after all. When I called, Bath Planet remembered our job, and is getting us set up with a bar ASAP. I can not recommend Bath Planet highly enough - professional, polite, prompt care is what they provided us, and we are grateful to have done business with Bath Planet.
New Shower Install - Happy Homeowner
My new shower installed on Friday. Last month I did a lot of research on installs/remodels. I decided on Bath Planet for a few reasons. 1.) Bath Planet is the only company to respond to my request for information/quotes in a timely fashion. 2.) The representative, Trish, that met with us was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff. She seemed sincerely interested and laughed at my corny jokes. She walked us through the process and was terrific at giving suggestion. The two gentleman that showed up did a fantastic job of explaining what they were going to do. They did a great job on the install. When they completed the job, they did a fantastic job on cleanup. Needless to say...I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER!!!!
My new bathroom rocks!!
Remodeling a bathroom is a daunting task! But I have to give it to Bath Planet... worth every penny! Daniel was absolutely fantastic to work with, a great guide and support through the entire process, and the whole crew was so professional, quick and clean! You can really see the quality and pride in their work. I’m seriously loving my new beautiful bathroom! Thanks, Daniel and the crew!! Already planning for the next project, will be calling you soon!

Shower repair
Just a quick note to thank Ken & Cory for the fantastic service on our Bath Planet tub/shower. We had our unit installed about two years ago from the outfit in Clackamas. It looks like they are no longer a Bath Planet vendor. Ken and his Team have taken it over. I called the Bath Planet 800 number and Ken promptly called me back and I explained the issue I was having; there was some issue with caulking and how the shelf caddy was coming loose. Ken had Cory come out within one business day, incredible. Cory arrived on time, in fact he even called when he was on his way and arrived a few minutes early. Having dealt with many contractors over the past few years, it was refreshing to have someone on time and call before hand. When Cory arrived, he asked if needed to take off his shoes or wear shoe covers, a nice touch. I showed Cory the problem, and he got right to work. His pride in his work really shows. Ken & Cory thank you so much for everything.
Awesome meeting with Mark !
Mark came and walked us through the process of remodeling our master bath as well as guest bath giving us suggestions along the way. We had had other companies come and give us estimates and so we expected something similar ...we were very surprised at his knowledge of his product. He made us feel relaxed and at ease and confident that he knew what he was talking about. We were thrilled with our estimate as we were able to do both our bathrooms instead of just one... we were thrilled! Can’t wait to get started!

Norcal Remodelling Group Sales Rep Kim walked us through the whole remodel process and answered all our questions we had. The work crew was great and cleaned up everything in the Bathroom and outside. Our Bathroom came out fantastic and never looked better. On completion Project Manager (Sebe) visited and made sure bathroom was completed as per agreed design and gave us lifetime warranty certificate. I definitely would recommend this company to all my Friends and Family. I would give Norcal 5stars.
