We recently had our Jacuzzi tub converted into a walk-in shower by Bath Planet of Indianapolis, IN. Alex and Paul did an excellent job, were professional, gave attention to detail and made sure we were pleased with the final product. They were able to remove the old tub and complete the walk-in shower within 2 days. They were able to save the existing window by converting into a glass 20 brick no-see thru window which allows light to still pass thru. We also had the old shower converted into a linen closet with the work completed in another 2 days. It's beautiful and my neighbors are in awe. Thank-you Alex and Paul -- superb job! Thank you Bath Planet for excellent quality materials and 1st rate service.

It’s hard to find a company that what the sales person say to get to you on the hook, to what the installer actually does the work match each other. Well I’m here to say Bath Planet is one of those few companies that do. Our sales person told us what they are going to do and the installer did it plus more to ensure our satisfaction. Our installer also kept my wife and I inform throughout the process on what he is doing. Took three days to complete our remodeling which is very acceptable for the amount of work being done. Before we sign the completion paperwork he when over everything and asked if we see anything wrong or have any questions. My wife did pointed out a minor item which he had no problems pulling his tools back out to fix it. He also stated several times that it comes with a life time warranty on everything even if the caulking needs to be redone for some reason to call them to make the needed repairs.
My wife and I love our new restroom the walk-in shower is what my wife & I needed we both have back problems so get in and out is very easy. We definitely will be calling on Bath Planet again for our other restroom.
